My Community Plan Foundation (MCP), created in 2017, is a public charitable organization dedicated to assisting and empowering faith-based and non-profit organizations transform communities. MCP has built a multi-ethnic, multi-denominational, national network of over 10,000 faith-based, non-profit and for-profit member across 28 states.
MCP identifies connections between sources of funding and community partners. The key to making these connections is to document how communities are impacted by our member projects. We accomplish this task by providing an outcome-based software to all MCP members. This software acts as a toll to document the great work our members are engaged in across key areas that impact communities. The ultimate impact of the projects is to demonstrate individual, family, and community improvement. |
